The BPI team puts all its energy into ensuring that each project is conceived, supported and cared for up to the final touch.
BPI makes sure to handle all aspects of the developments it is entrusted with, from the search for a suitable site to the final handover:
- search for a site and its decontamination when necessary
- contacts with the administrations, at all levels required, governmental and local authorities, fire brigade, environmental authorities…
- securing of building, environmental and operating permits
- co-ordination between the project designers (town planners, architects, structural engineers, M&E engineers, acoustical engineers, etc)
- establishing the full construction scheme (technical specifications, budget, timetable…)
- follow up and control of the contractors
- financing of the operations
- commercialisation of the projects relating services.
